How much is the City of Ketchum local option sales tax?
The local option tax is:
3% (0.03) on room sales
3% (0.03) on liquor-by-the-drink sales
2% (0.02) on other retail sales, including building materials (this does not include groceries or motor vehicles registered in Idaho)
What is the City of Ketchum local option sales tax?
It's a sales tax that is charged only on sales within the City of Ketchum or on sales where delivery takes place within the City of Ketchum. The tax is authorized by Ketchum Ordinance No. 712.

I'm interested in purchasing a memorial for a loved one. How do I go about this?
Contact Joney Otteson at the Streets & Facilities Department at jotteson@ketchumidaho.org or 208.726.7831 to discuss what type of memorial you are interested in. The city accepts tax-deductible cash donations and/or can assist you with the purchase of an item such as a bench or tree. The city also may accept donations of property.
