Response Options for Identity Verification Letters
If you received an identity verification letter from the Illinois Department of Revenue, you can respond electronically by selecting the option that matches your letter: enter a code, take a quiz, or attach documents. Secure Choice Program Enforcement
The Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program (820 ILCS 80/) is administered by the Illinois Secure Choice Savings Board for the purpose of providing a retirement savings option to private-sector employees in Illinois who lack access to an employer-sponsored plan. The Illinois Department of Revenue is responsible for enforcement of the penalty provisions for Secure Choice.
