                          for Municipalities and County Officers

                                             For Calendar Year 2023
Weekly Remittances 
State and local discretionary sales tax, motor vehicle warranty fees, documentary stamp tax, nonrecurring intangible
personal property tax, and red-light camera penalty collections must be remitted weekly. The municipality or county
officer must complete the online transaction before 5 p.m. ET on the sixth working day following the close of the
week in which the funds were received, as provided in section (s.) 219.07, Florida Statutes (F.S.).

Monthly Remittances
Clerks - Court-related fees, service charges, court costs and fines must be remitted monthly. The Clerk must complete the 
online transaction before 5 p.m. ET on the last working day before the 10th day of the month immediately following the 
month in which the funds were collected, as provided in s. 28.245, F.S.

Medicaid - Medicaid reimbursements must be remitted monthly. The county officer must complete the online transaction
